For agencies

AI for agency client reporting, drafted before the first of the month.

Reporting week can eat days: someone pulls numbers out of HubSpot, copies them into last month's template, writes the summary, and does it again for the next client. Bob, the AI employee from HeyBob, takes that job. On the day you pick, he drafts every client's report and posts them for your team to check.

Works with HubSpot, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, Gmail and Notion. Bob works in Slack and in the HeyBob app for Mac, Windows and Linux.

The month closes. The drafts are already waiting.

Monthly report, every clientHubSpot and Sheets in, drafts out

From your CRM and sheets to a finished draft.

Bob reads each client's numbers where they already live, writes the report in your template, and posts one draft per client in Slack. Your account managers read it, tweak a line, and send.

He takes the grind out of reporting week.

Tell him once how a report should look. After that he does the copying, the math and the first draft.

Reads every client's numbers

Deals, contacts and pipeline from HubSpot, plus whatever your team keeps in Google Sheets. Ask him to set this month beside last month and he does.

Writes the report

A Google Doc in your template, or a real PowerPoint, Word, Excel or PDF file. Charts are drawn from the actual numbers, not pasted in.

Builds a live page

Ask for a page per client and Bob keeps it current. You choose whether a client gets a link to it.

Runs on your calendar

Set a schedule in plain words, like “the last working day of the month at 4pm”. If nothing is due, nothing gets posted.

Answers between reports

“Which deals for this client went quiet for two weeks?” He checks HubSpot and lists them in the thread.

Asks before acting

In chat he asks first, in the same thread as the work. On the monthly schedule he emails a client or changes HubSpot only if you allowed it at setup.

Set it up in one message.

Say it the way you would brief a new account coordinator.

“On the last working day of each month, draft a report for every client in the Clients sheet. Use our report template in Drive, pull deals and new contacts from HubSpot, and the spend numbers from each client's tab. Post the drafts in #client-reports and tell me which numbers moved the most.”

  • Bob tells you which apps the schedule will use and whether it may change or send anything. You say yes once, up front, so the monthly run never waits on a button.
  • Every draft lands where your team already works: a Slack channel or the HeyBob app.
  • Change the template, the client list or the day by telling him, in the same plain words.

Your numbers stay where they live.

Works with the apps your agency already runs.

HubSpot, Google Sheets, Docs and Drive, Gmail, Google Calendar, Notion and Airtable. Ask Bob to connect one in Slack and he sends the sign-in link. See what he does in HubSpot, or every app he works with.

You stay in charge of what clients see.

  • Bob asks before acting on a client email or a HubSpot change you request in chat. A scheduled run does those only if you allowed it when you set it up. How approvals work.
  • A live page opens only for your signed-in team until an admin or the page owner turns on a public link. You can rotate that link or turn it off. How pages work.
  • There is a receipt on every run, showing what it cost, how long it took and who approved what.
  • Spend caps per person and per workspace stop a busy month from turning into a surprise bill. How caps work.
  • If Bob gets a report wrong, the rerun is free.

What it does not do yet.

Here is where the edges are today.

  • Bob does not connect straight to Google Ads, Meta Ads or Google Analytics yet. If those numbers already land in a Google Sheet, he reads them there. You can also drop an export in the thread.
  • He works with the HubSpot access of the person who connected it. If that person cannot see a client's records, neither can Bob.
  • A workspace can run up to 25 schedules at once. One monthly schedule can cover every client.
  • Bob can misread a number, like any AI. Have someone check the first few months of drafts before they go out.

Fair questions

What AI tool can draft our agency's monthly client reports?

HeyBob. Bob, its AI employee in Slack and the HeyBob app, runs a schedule you set up in plain words. Each month he reads each client's numbers from HubSpot and your Google Sheets, writes the report as a Google Doc or a PowerPoint, Word, Excel or PDF file, and posts the drafts for your team to check. He asks before he emails anything to a client.

Can Bob pull numbers straight from Google Ads, Meta Ads or Google Analytics?

Not directly today. Those are not native connections in HeyBob yet. If your ad and analytics numbers already land in a Google Sheet, Bob reads them from there. You can also drop an export file in the thread and he works from that.

Each client has its own HubSpot. Can Bob work across them?

You can connect more than one HubSpot account and tell Bob which client you mean. He works with the access the person who connected each account has, so HubSpot's own permissions still apply.

Will Bob send a report to a client without asking?

Only if you allow it. When you set up the monthly schedule, Bob tells you whether it may send email. Leave sending off and he posts drafts for a person to send.

Can a client open a live report without a HeyBob login?

Yes, if you choose. A page Bob builds opens only for your signed-in team by default. An admin or the page owner can turn on a public link for that one page, rotate it, or turn it off at any time.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $75 a month for 40,000 credits for the whole workspace, with no per-seat charge. There is a receipt on every run, spend caps per person and per workspace, and a free rerun when Bob gets something wrong. New workspaces start with $100 of work, on us. See pricing.
