Can this run away and bill me hundreds?
No. You set a monthly ceiling for the workspace and he stops at it. He cannot spend past it, and he tells you in the channel when he is close.
Do unused credits disappear at the end of the month?
They roll over one month, then expire. If you need a burst on top of that, top-up packs are $50 for 1,000 credits and they never expire.
What if my volume changes?
Move it any time from the billing portal. Changes take effect next period, so you never get a strange partial charge in the middle of a month.
Is there a per-seat charge?
No. Add the whole team. Everyone draws from the same pool, and the receipt in the channel shows who asked for what.
What does “bring your own keys” actually change?
You paste your own Anthropic and OpenAI keys into settings. From then on the model spend goes straight to your provider at your rates, and the $349 covers everything else. Credits still meter the parts we run for you, at a fifth of the usual rate.
Can I leave?
Remove Bob from Slack whenever you like. There is no notice period, and no call to sit through first.
